This brand-new hotel is equal to 5 stars. The staff are very friendly and professional. The location is excellent and perfect, 1 mile from Multiplaza. 25 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the middle of jackson.

Lacking amenities and some services were not up to par. The hotel does not offer valet parking and finding the entrance can be a hassle.
